- Lightning:
Name: Deconstruction Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: 3 inches from the body, 3 meters when using on the ground/walls/inorganic material. Requirements: Learn from Kuro IC Description: Most lightning based techniques focus on the large scale version. This technique minimizes the electrical discharge, not in potency but in what it effects. This jutsu creates an "aura" of lightning around the user, giving off arcs of electricity that trace the body rapidly. When an object comes into contact with this aura, the electricity uses electromagnetic force to deconstruct the bonds between the atoms that make up that material. Of course, the user may apply this jutsu to different parts of the body, so that the user may breathe during this technique. The aura itself is wrapped tightly around the user's body, like spandex. The aura will not harm what the user doesnt allow it to, so the user's clothes and weapons will not be harmed. In fact, the user may very well wrap the aura around the clothes and weapons he uses instead. The user does not give off harmful electricity, until physical contact is established. This means, while the technique looks like it could cause electrical shock by being close enough, it will do nothing unless in physical contact with matter. While this technique is active, no other ninjutsu or genjutsu may be used, due to the immense chakra control it takes. Fuinjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and Chakra control exercises, however, can be used to their normal capabilities. However, just to make sure no one misunderstands what it does, it does not destroy the atoms, it separates them, which basically means if I do it to water, I would get hydrogen and Oxygen, rather than water. Both elements would be pure unless they formed automatic bonds to another element. Drawbacks: Energy, on the other hand, will bypass the aura completely. In essence, this means heat, and kinetic energy will still effect the user. In this sense, if someone launches a fireball jutsu, and the user has this active, the fire would still burn him. In fact, since it separates the atoms it touches, the aura would create pure oxygen around the user, and Oxygen and fire make a wonderfully powerful explosion. Kinetic energy, on the other hand, effects the user in the same manner. If someone launches a blade of wind and the user has this jutsu active, the air itself will not harm him, but the kinetic energy will harm him as if the jutsu wasnt even active. Combination with other techs: Can be used to set up Reconstruction. Name: Reconstruction Rank: SS Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: Touch Requirements: Know Deconstruction, Learn from Kuro IC Description: Where Deconstruction destroys the connections between atoms, essentially separating the elements of whatever is touched, Reconstruction takes it a step further. For one, instead of simply destroying the bonds between atoms, the user literally alters the very structure of the atom, down to the number of protons, electrons, and neutrons. In layman's terms, and for simplicity, this allows the user to transform one element into another. Naturally, he cannot simply create protons electrons or neutrons, he must have enough matter to manipulate to have enough of each to make his desired item. This means atoms with higher neutron/proton/electron amounts require more mass to be sacrificed. The matter which is made is then magnetized slightly, causing it to form into any shape Kuro desires, so long as the mass itself is enough. Drawbacks: Kuro cannot create what he does not have enough matter for. Further, attempt to create life, will cause bad things to happen. Any alterations on a living being will require their permission, due to chakra interference, and holding onto them for two posts. Living beings are complex as fuck, deal with it. Combination with other techs: Requires Deconstruction to use.
- Fire:
Name: Kashoushin Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Range: Touch Requirements: N/A Description: Like most fire jutsu, Kashoushin sets things aflame. The difference is in the type of flame, and what it targets. Instead of physical objects, it specifically targets chakra. In this, it allows the user to set any chakra on fire, burning the chakra as fuel for the flame, continuously draining the chakra to fuel the fire, to further drain chakra. The fire does not harm a victim, nor anything but chakra itself. Kashoushin CAN burn the physical manifestation of chakra, however. For each post where the fire is active, it burns the equivalent of a B rank jutsu of chakra. This can be used on seals, rendering them inert the moment they run out of chakra. Drawbacks: Obviously, fast attacks bypass this entirely, and water natured chakra is, in essence, immune to this. Combination with other techs:
Name: Koboudai Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Range: 50m. Requirements: Description: The user raises a point of focus into the air, drawing all nearby fire into the focus point. The user also creates fire, which swirls into the focus point as well. Once sufficient fire is gathered, the focus point condenses to the size of a marble, before the user releases it forward. Once released, the focus point expands in a straight line, as wide as a marble, but three meters from top to bottom. Without added fire, this jutsu is capable of melting through even steel with little issue. Drawbacks: Aside from the small width of the attack, it also takes time to charge. A single post, if fire is already nearby, and two posts otherwise. Combination with other techs: Any fire nearby will bolster the strength of this jutsu, regardless of how the fire is generated.
- Water:
Name: Sutoraido Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Range: 20m Requirements: Description: The user coats the soles of their feet in water, allowing them to 'slide' across even the stickiest surface as if they were striding across water. Using this allows incredible momentum gains, giving the user the potential to reach speeds far beyond their normal maximum, albeit without much control. Drawbacks: As with any sliding, the faster the user goes, the less control they have. Particle terrain, such as sand, clay, or sediment, will prevent the use of this jutsu. Rocky, uneven terrain also does this. Combination with other techs:
Name: Mizuhou Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Range: 30m Requirements: Description: The user draws water into either one or two spheres, condensing the water until it is a meter sized orb. The pressurized water, upon release, is powerful enough to cut through steel, although objects which are not bolted down, or weighed down enough will survive, albeit damaged. In practice, the user may create two orbs, each controlled by one hand. Because of this, it is entirely possible for the user to release one, check if the target is dead, then release the other. Naturally, if the user moves their position, the jutsu is disrupted. Drawbacks: The blasts of water are only 1m in diameter, even though they can reach up to 30m away. Combination with other techs:
- Earth:
Name: Shuuren Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Range:Self Requirements: Description: The user slams their hand into the ground, all the way to the elbow. Once the user pulls their arm back, it is coated in a dense drill. A theoretical descendant of the Rasengan and Chidori, this drill is meant to break through anything, although as with everything, it has limitations. In this regard, it is entirely possible that a wall of sufficient strength will utterly halt the drill. However, the drill can be enhanced, by other jutsu. The drill spins only when the user desires it. Upon releasing the jutsu, the drill crumbles away into dust, dispersing into the wind. Drawbacks: Close range, and counter-spins. Combination with other techs:
Name: Takaihara Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Range: 5m in diameter Requirements: Description: The user forms a dome around themselves, powering the dome with chakra, and allowing them to recuperate momentarily. Further, to protect those inside the dome, the dome operates as a chakra absorbing shield, capable of absorbing chakra that touches the dome and giving it to those inside. This allows it to act as both a defensive and a healing jutsu, although only in theory. Drawbacks: It is possible to overpower the dome's chakra absorption by using double the chakra the dome costs on it at once. It can also be broken by sheer brute force. Combination with other techs:
- Wind:
Name: Mountain Cutter Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Range: 100m Requirements: Description: The idea of coating a sword in chakra has been around for years. The idea of coating a sword in chakra to release the chakra into the form of a blade, allowing for swordsmen to use long range slashes is a relatively new idea by comparison, but that makes no difference with this technique. Ideally, this technique was meant to split mountains in two. While this is technically possible, Kuro's version has a limited range, due to his lack of efficiency with Wind. Even so, the power of this technique is not to be underestimated, as it is capable of slicing through any non-chakra-enhanced substance. The 'blade' of wind that travels from the sword is quite fast as well, seemingly instant at close range. Drawbacks: As with any wind technique, this requires fine control. In Kuro's case, he must stand still while executing this maneuver. Combination with other techs:
Name: Uekisuu Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Range: 10m Requirements: Description: The user creates an updraft of wind, powerful enough to counter a tornado's wind, allowing for the user to force physical objects upwards, away from themselves. It also serves as a way to catch falling allies, or allies sent flying towards the user. The updraft is a 'wall of wind' shooting upwards. In a way, this is the ultimate defense, as it lets the user force the attacks coming his way to dodge him, rather than the other way around. Naturally, the wall of wind is just that, a singular wall, up to ten meters wide and tall. Drawbacks: Attacks without sufficient mass may pass through with little issue, such as fire or lightning attacks. In this regard, Uekisuu is special amongst wind jutsu, as it disobeys normal weaknesses, and installs its own. Combination with other techs:
Name: Slave Contract Seal Rank: S Type: Fuinjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: The user must place their hand on the person they are binding. Anywhere will do.
- Manipulating the Heart seal: Dragon
- Controlling the Spine seal: Lamb. Once the user activates the absolute control of their slave, they do not need to hold the seal to keep it up.
- Using the Brain seal: Two fingers, pointed upward. No specific seal needed otherwise.
Range: Touch Requirements: The victim must be either willing, or unconscious. Description: Once someone is either willing or unconscious, the user places their hand on an area of the body, and infuses them with the user's chakra. When the chakra enters the victim's system, it targets the brain, heart, and spine. The seal that forms on the heart is a life switch seal, basically allowing the person who put the seal on to seal the heart like one would a normal weapon, killing the victim by literally removing their heart. The seal connected to the spine causes the victim to become paralyzed should their master wish it. This also allows the 'master' to directly control the body of the victim, essentially turning them into a rinnegan path, without the path powers, allowing the master to act as if the victim's body is their own, as well as their own body. Naturally, the stats of the victim will be the stats of the body. This can be activated and deactivated by the will of the master. The final seal, placed in the brain, allows the user to manipulate the hormones and thus, the mood of their slave. This also allows them to change how the sensory receptors in the brain react. This could make simply touching air painful, make their eyes insanely sensitive to light, make them deaf, and much more. The user is capable of placing the control in someone else's hands, by using their chakra to make the seal. In the case of human puppets, or androids, the seals are all placed on the same location. For human puppets, its the meat sausage thing. For Androids, its the motherboard that leads to the thought processing center. Basically, the victim is the master's complete bitch. Drawbacks: Finding a willing or beating someone until they are unconscious is not an easy task usually. Anyone willing to have this used on them would likely be willing to do most of what they would be forced to anyway, while someone unconscious would literally have their life in your hands. Do the math. Combination with other techs: Other seals may be placed with this seal to combine the affects. Naturally these combinations would do nothing other than what the two seals say, simply combined to function as a single seal. | |

The aura manifests as a golden glow around the user, leaving a golden streak in the air when they are flying. The swift movement of the flight is enough to stop or turn instantly. This allows for insanely sharp turns without loss of speed. This jutsu gives a boost of 50% to speed.

The user stops once enough energy is accumulated, usually cooling the surrounding area by a good 20 degrees Fahrenheit. This charge takes a single post to accomplish, and can be launched in the next post. Once the energy is gathered into the space above the user's palm, the user forms a dimensional barrier, before compressing the heat into an orb with a half inch diameter. The user then simply releases the orb towards a target. Once released, the orb is shot out similarly to a beam. The heat of the beam, however, is beyond comprehension, capable of destroying even atoms, although the dimensional barrier prevents this heat from leaking outside of the barrier, making it require a great deal of precision.

The seal then converts the heat into chakra, giving Kuro an incredible boost to his own chakra. Another function of this, however, is its ability to snuff out any flames within the radius of the jutsu, due to absorbing the heat from the flames, denying the flames the ability to burn. This effect lasts a single post, but it gives Kuro a boost of chakra giving him an extra 50% to his chakra stat.

By igniting the hydrogen atoms in the air, Kuro creates a chain reaction creating an explosion within 50m of himself. By forcing chakra through the air, he is capable of shaping the explosion as well, focusing immense kinetic and thermal energy into the location of his choosing. Compared to his other jutsu, this is rather simple, however Kuro must be still when he uses this, and he must snap his fingers together to generate the jutsu.

Wind begins to swirl towards the space between their hands, forming a solidified blade of wind, which continually spins, drawing in more and more wind. The drawing of wind into the blade takes a solid 2 posts of standing still. Once enough wind is compressed into the area, the wind blade is launched at insane speeds in the same manner an arrow would be launched from a bow. At this point, the Solid Wind Blade appears to be a sky-blue glass, making the usual tactic of sneak attacks using Wind's invisibility impossible for this technique. Once the Wind Blade hits a solid object, all the gathered wind is released instantly, creating an explosion. The sheer kinetic force of th expansion of wind is enough to create flames, as well as decimate the landscape.

A simple defense technique, however it is possibly to release sudden bursts of wind from the armor, creating an explosion without flames wherever the user releases the wind from. The explosions are all 1m in diameter, in a circular shape. May only use a single expansion explosion at a time, with a cooldown of two posts.

The user can only create light breezes, not actual attacks. Because of this, the gathering/relocation of materials is the only feasible action this can do.

Simply put, the user spreads a 'mist' of their chakra around the area, connecting all sources of water to his own chakra, and constantly drawing the water towards a specified point. Naturally, the user must touch the point where the water will gather, though it can be in the air itself. This jutsu is a rather simple one, made to allow Kuro to resupply himself, should he run out of water. Of course it also dehydrates living beings, but since chakra is already connected to the water within living beings, it takes much longer to take effects, whereas normal water will be drawn towards the focus point at very high speeds. Living beings, however, take much more time to lose their hydration. Any source of water imbued with chakra other than the user's will take at least 3 posts to fully drain, requiring a full 10 posts before Dehydration happens to living creatures. • Requirements ;; • Wordcount ;; 3k

This can be as simple as creating a whirlpool to as specific as manipulating a river to divert direction. Naturally the water cannot be imbued with another's chakra. In simple terms, this allows the user to manipulate the shape of water through touch, even able to replicate what looks like limb movement in water. Unfortunately, during manipulation, the user must remain relatively still. So while they can do this while falling straight down, they cannot do so while running. They may, however, move their limbs, simply not their entire body. As an added effect, the user's manipulated flows last for five posts before the chakra and momentum exhaust themselves, turning the water back into normal water. • Requirements ;; • Wordcount ;; 2k

Once that is done, the water and ground mix, creating a very soft, pliable material. In a very strange way, this new material mimics what movies seem to think Quicksand is. That is, it creates a very strong downward pull, affecting anything on top of the material very quickly. That said, most humans who are not several hundred pounds will simply sink only to their waist, and can use slow movements to get out. Naturally, Kuro may choose what areas sink and which do not.
