| Character Registration TemplateCharacter Name: Kurokon Uzumaki Shikyo Titles/Other Names: Psychosis - The story behind this name is an amusing tale, involving a sandwich, religion, ninja, and various civilians. Look to the history for more information. Age: 19 Species: Humanish - As human as a science experiment can be. Gender: Male Appearance: Kurokon has a thin body, but not even a little feminine. His arms and legs are long, his chest and abdomen seem to fit the archetype that a masculine body would be, being almost triangular in shape. His shoulders are broader than his abdomen, but not overly so. He is of above average height for adults, at 6'2" Kurokon has an aristocratic face, with sharp features. He usually has his hair swept back in spikes, but when it is flat, he looks almost exactly like his brother. When he speaks, his mouth moves very little. His eyes are a gray-blue color, often changing between the two depending on the light. His hair is thick and white, exactly like his brother's. Kurokon often wears dark clothing, usually black or blue. Sometimes he may even choose a darker red, but usually refrains because it is how most people distinguish him and his brother from each other. Kuro's posture is calm yet stiff. He often stuffs his hands in his pockets or simply holds his sword while supporting his other hand by placing it on his pants. Kuro's clothing is most commonly a black pair of pants, with a dark blue sleeveless vest, and an overcoat of a middle blue color. The coat is decorative and elegant, used for both formality and fighting. He wears fingerless gloves, a shade of brown much brighter than his brother's. - Spoiler:
Personality: One of Kurokon's main features is his incredible intelligence. Kuro is known for his fast paced logic, and instant strategizing. He is known to be an incredible genius, able to understand and formulate various scientific theories in record time. When he learned by tutors, he was usually the one correcting them. In many circles, he would be considered a true genius, one who uses logic to think rather than memory. Kuro, while intelligent, does not boast it about, preferring to sit and watch quietly, attempting to understand those he observes. He is noted for his near perfect understanding of human emotions, which allows him to mediate arguments and fights. However, he loves to confuse people by making contradicting statements. Even if they are not confused with the statement, Kuro will be happy to find someone who can at least amuse him. Kuro, unfortunately, overestimates other people's intelligence, meaning he assumes, incorrectly, that they hold the same logic and knowledge that he does. This causes problems for him when trying to predict people and their reactions. Kuro is the type of genius who sees solutions rather than problems. In other words, he doesnt see a problem as a true problem, but as a new game, a new challenge. His memory, without a doubt, is the single most conflicting thing about him. He can often recall things from years ago with startling accuracy, but forgets things that happened just the day before. Kuro calls it a data memory, while he says most normal people have picture memories. He can recall important things that happened, and picture them in his head, but in exchange, he forgets mundane and uninteresting things rather easily. He calls this a data memory due to the fact that he knows what happened, but cannot always recall smaller details, comparing himself to machines. He often jokes about how bad his memory is, since he cannot remember mundane things easily. One of Kuro's more astounding attributes is his emotional control. While most who say they control their emotions suppress, or destroy them, Kuro truly changes what emotions he feels at a specific moment with little trouble. He can smile at a friend's death, or weep at his enemy's. He is usually smiling and jovial due to this. This particularly makes emotional attacks against Kuro nearly useless, unless they target his anger. Kuro explains his emotional control as a willpower based control. He creates emotions from willpower, in layman's terms, he feels what he wants by wanting to feel it. When asked why he is able to control his emotions, he will usually remark with a sarcastic "I'm me, thats why" In truth, Anger is the single emotion Kuro does not have complete control over. While he is not able to control his anger, he is able to control his actions when angry, to a degree. If something absolutely enrages him, he will probably not stop himself from murdering someone, on the other hand, if someone annoys him slightly, he could turn the anger at the person into amusement of their stupidity. His family has all had anger issues, and when angry, they do not lose focus of anything, instead, they focus their anger onto something and target the subject of their anger with all their powers, mental and, sometimes, physical. Kuro believes in an eye for an eye, but doesnt do it. He believes that everything has a good side, and anything is justifiable, given the right reasons. He finds little wrong with killing, even in cold blood, but is against imprisonment. His morals are conflicting and confusing to others, but he sticks by them. He understands that not everyone is the same in this manner. He believes that everyone is a different version of him, meaning he uses their consciousness as a connection. Kuro could torture a child with little moral consequences, if the child was truly evil, but he does not believe in killing someone defenseless unless they truly deserve it. Although conflicting, and somewhat pacifistic, Kuro is willing to get the job done by any means necessary. He will kill anyone who stands in his way without mercy. While he doesnt kill innocents, usually at least, he will not care if they get caught in the crossfire. Kuro believes loyalty is one of the most admirable characteristics there are. While he doesnt care for national loyalty, he does admire friendship, partnership, or any kind of loyal relationship. He absolutely loathes any form of betrayal that is directed at a friend or someone close. To him, disloyalty is a reason to die. It does not count if a pirate wishes to leave his captain, but if a friend sells him out, he will not show any mercy. Regardless of his love for loyalty, Kuro doesnt look down on mercenaries. He believes that respect, and loyalty, are earned, not given, which is why he doesnt like many soldiers. A larger flaw of Kuro, he can get bored if he is not actively doing something, making him learn different things to alleviate the boredom, or fight. He hates stagnation, and always tries to do something to keep from stagnating himself. He will get bored fast, and whenever he is bored, he does random things to entertain himself, these things include embarrassing, confusing, or just fighting other people, eating random but tasty food, or developing new theories and ideas. Kuro's single fear is the fear of being bored. Not necessarily being bored, but being unable to alleviate boredom. As such, he is always trying to keep from being bored, which allows him to find trivial and usually stupid things fun. The reason he fears boredom is simple, boredom is the lack of doing anything, to him at least. He fears boredom because it is the single thing he cannot beat in any way. He is not deathly afraid of being bored, but hates it. This is the reason he hates imprisonment, because it causes extreme boredom. In order to further alleviate the constant stagnation he so fears, he often listens to music, loving fast paced and meaningful music more than anything. He believes music is a definite thing in this world, something that always changes, as such, it is the opposite of stagnation, causing him to hold most music in high regards. While he loves most music, any music without meaning, or lyrics, to him, is a disrespectful abomination. One would think with anger problems, hatred would be a common concept, but for Kuro, hatred is a foreign idea. He can only say he hates boredom, which is an idea rather than anything physical. He cannot hate someone for who they are, or what they believe. He is incapable of truly hating anything other than boredom. This is what allows him to forgive his friends for simple problems. Since he is incapable of hatred, he is often remarked as a innocent soul, at least until he eats the child next door because fuck it. Love, to Kuro, is complicated. It is both confusing and simple to him, meaning he can love people, but will not understand it. He often gets embarrassed or confused by someone showing him such emotions. This embarrassment could be eliminated with his control, but in non-battle situations he finds it useful in his attempts to understand what love truly is. Although he has perfect control over his emotions, he does not have that level of control over his thoughts. In truth he has very little control over what he thinks or pictures in his mind. His mind often wanders because of this, allowing him to become distracted by simple things that he finds amusing. His lack of control over his thoughts results in random incredibly insane ideas coming forth. This furthers his intelligence by allowing him to think of indirect connections from one theory to another. He gets entertained from other people's madness as well, and often strikes friendships with those who have similar insanity. Kuro is able to predict people who he knows well enough. He often tests people he doesnt know by asking them seemingly mundane questions to test both intelligence, and personality. He can tell what to do when someone is in an emotional breakdown, usually. Although he has flawed understanding of love, control of anger, and lack of hate, he is able to understand other people's feelings rather easily. Kuro is able to smoothly lie with a straight face and perfect tone, as if he was telling the truth. Unfortunately for him, this eliminates his credibility with those who know him, but do not fully trust him. He often lies about mundane things to protect either himself or others from embarrassment or other trouble. With this great skill at lying, comes the ability to see through lies others tell. He can often tell if someone is lying, but doesnt usually remark on it unless he deems it important. When he lies to his friends, it is often small mundane things. He uses these lies to test their lie reading ability. Background/History: - Childhood:
The very start of Kuro's life was filled with happiness and love, having been born into the very family oriented clan-group that was the Senju/Uzumaki. Uzumaki by birth, Kuro was born with red hair, and very high life force. Kuro had a twin, however, his younger brother, Kaigen. The twins had an eventful start on life, with their parents being preists in the clan. While they obeyed the Shinigami codes, this did not take away from the general family values. Like most families of the Uzumaki, their family was filled with love and kindness. As such, it was no surprise when a third child came into the picture. Camael, the youngest of the three children, was also the one who suffered from overprotective brother-syndrome, in the form of Kuro, eagerly protecting her. Though often she claimed to detest it, it became obvious by the age of five, she was attached deeply to Kuro. Kaigen, while not as overprotective as Kuro, still fussed over her, though Kuro did the same to him. Although Kuro managed to semi-spoil his siblings, he was also somewhat spoiled at his young age.
Kuro specifically had five brushes with death during his short childhood. The first was when a spider crawled on his finger, which sent his parents into a panick. Naturally, Kuro assumed the spider was a cute pet, and played with it. In the strangest act of nature known, Kuro was not bitten, and the spider became a pet, until one of the kids in the neighborhood freaked out and killed it, making Kuro angry. If you bothered to actually read the personality, you know how bad Kuro's anger is. As a child, due to his lack of control, he attacked the boy. Unfortunately for poor Kuro, he was completely inexperienced in the art of beating the shit out of others. Unsurprisingly, he lost that fight... badly. One of the things that he discovered during that fight is how his anger was annoying, in that it clouded his mind.
Kuro's second incident involved a snake, which was close to him, easily poisonous enough to kill even an Uzumaki, while playing in the woods, alone due to Kaigen and Camael taking a nap when Kuro did not. He did not sleep as much, which is assumed to be partially due to his incredibly high life force. Now, when the sake came close, the local dog, whom Kuro often played with, killed the snake, getting bitten in the process. Thankfully, the fangs of the snake went too deep into the dog's leg, ejecting the poison out the other side. Unfortunately, the dog died two years later, but we will get to that.
The third experience he had with death was when his grandfather died of a stroke, where his brainstem literally snapped, killing the poor man. Kuro did not understand death at the time, and barely knew his grandfather. However, even in the loosest case, Kuro cared for everyone, even those he did not know. Due to this, his grandfather's death changed him deeply. Kaigen and Camael were affected as well, but not to the same extent. After that, Kuro began to slowly realize that everything around him was going to end one day, and he did not like that.
Later on in his life, at the age of seven, Kuro began to notice other families starving, and gave out some helpings of his food. Unfortunately, they were not from the combined clans of Senju and Uzumaki, they were civilians. When his parents caught him, they told him several things about how it was wrong to waste food on the civilians, when they were already having trouble with food. Kuro took this punishment rather well, with questions and confused looks. What else could be expected of a seven year old?
The final incident was when Kaigen and Camael almost died, from an aligator. Until then, his parents did not know much of how close he had constantly come to death, and afterwards, the kids were essentially forced to be under constant watch. The reason is simple. Kuro, Kaigen, and Camael, like most Uzumaki, were very active as kids, constantly climbing trees and running in the woods. The "woods" being far from their home. Naturally, this area had several animals. Until that day, they had never seen anything but herbivores. When the trio decided to climb trees near a swamp area, they saw an aligator. The aligator ran, with its stubby little legs, towards the three. Being who he was back then, Kuro told Kaigen and Camael to run. Being children, they did not fully understand what he meant, due to their fear. Kuro distracted the Aligator by getting closer than the other two, and making lots of noise. Once the aligator focused on him, and he was sure the others were out of sight, he ran up the tree, and stayed on a branch.
When his parents found him, killed the aligator, and brought him home, it was the worst punishment yet. Instead of yelling, screaming, and admonishing, there was nothing but disappointment in their eyes. That fact alone changed Kuro to become even more worried over Kaigen and Camael. Even so, his intelligence skyrocketed after the event, for three reasons. The first being his idiocy at the time had put them in danger. Further, he had no idea what to do when faced with a simple animal. And finally, Kuro was tired of being weak. He may not have told his parents how many times he came close to death, but he did indeed remember. When he confronted his parents about his own weakness, they comforted him and told him they would begin teaching him the basics of being an uzumaki.
The first thing he learned was a specific taijutsu style, involving using his body's natural flexibility and speed to counter attacks, rather than just block and dodge. Because of this, he was actually able to fight those who irritated him. Because of THAT, his parents worked on his incredible anger, teaching him to simply hold it in. Though the taijutsu style was memorable, and Kuro still uses it, the main thing he learned was fuinjutsu and ninjutsu. With Fuinjutsu, he learned at a speed even prodigies could not match. The Uzumaki had a certain learning center, similar to what were once known as academies, back during the village era. Regardless, he studied and mastered basic fuinjutsu at a young age, being only nine at the time. Most completed the "basics" at 12, which was not so bad. Further, Kuro practiced ninjutsu relentlessly, while not being as efficient in learning ninjutsu as he was with fuin.
The one thing Kuro really remembered about the learning center was his extreme thirst for knowledge. Literally reading all the books in the library, which was admittedly small, took him two months of constant reading, which angered Kaigen and saddened Camael at the time, but he still tried to play with them when he could. Noticing his frantic schedule, his parents banned him from reading for a month, sending him to play with Kaigen and Camael, which helped relax everyone involved.
Unfortunately, when the combined clan moved away from Sunagakure, they found a certain ship, and unleashed a certain person. Naturally, Kuro, Kaigen, and Camael played with the man, not caring for age at the time. Though it was less playing with and more playing around, due to his lack of activity in their games. Either way, the three liked the guy, and felt comfortable around him. As all good things do, this came to an end.
When Kuro and Kaigen were nine, Camael had gone with their mother to do whatever it is little girls do with their mothers. Kuro and Kaigen still wanted to play, and ran into the nearby woods to do so, though Kuro was hesitant to do so. It was there they met Ukage, who abruptly knocked them out and kidnapped them. This was due to Kuro only knowing the style of taijutsu that the Uzumaki used, while Ukage was physically an adult, and surprised them with his attacks. Further, he used a special drug, which was supposed to knock out an elephant.
- Lab Rats:
Unknown to Kuro and Kaigen, while the two were knocked out, which turned out to be for a few days due to the potency of the drug, Ukage injected both senju and uchiha dna into them. How he gained the dna is a simple matter, as the Senju had been moving towards the ruins of Konoha, and one person in particular had left a sample of blood behind, having cut himself on glass in a bar. With Ukage's connections, having made such a name for himself as a medic, he was easily able to get the blood sample. Of course, most would expect he could have gotten it from anyone who needed his help, but he was always watched heavily when he was healing one of the clan. In a manner of speaking, it was easier to catch flies when the flies did not know you were there to catch them.
In any case, when Kuro woke up, he had snow white hair and glowing gre- wrong series. Actually, his eyes were a blue/gray combination that seemed to flucuate between the two colors depending on the light and chakra going through his eyes. Regardless, his eyes did indeed glow, due to his chakra now running through them, thanks to the uchiha dna. It was only later on he discovered it was because of this, at the moment he was simply confused as to what had caused his once blood red hair to turn white, of all things. Further, he wondered why his brother was sleeping next to him, in an obviously uncomfortable cot.
It wasnt until the first experiment began that Kuro realized what had happened. Obviously they had been kidnapped, which was actually his third guess, the first being pranking and second being dreaming. Unfortunately, knowing this did not help them. The first experiment was to test how the cells had affected the two boys. Ukage was utterly thrilled at the results, though there was no rinnegan yet. The sheer difference between the original cells and the mutated cells was enough to satisfy Ukage for the moment.
Unfortunately, things continued from there. As Kuro soon discovered, Kaigen was far worse off than he was. Kaigen was less perceptive than Kuro, which was not saying much considering most adults were as well. Kaigen had assumed he deserved such punishments, and constantly worried over where the rest of their family was. Kuro, however, knew their family was likely looking for them. The second experiment was what truly pushed Kuro to the brink. A month after being kidnapped, both boys were beginning to lose hope. Ukage began to test their physical capabilities. Naturally, being enhanced with both Uzumaki and senju bodies, the two bodies excelled at the tests. Unfortunately, immediately after Ukage stepped it up, up until the boys passed out from exhaustion.
The sheer exhaustion coupled with fear and hopelessness nearly broke the boys, but Kuro made a decision. He would be strong for his brother, so that his brother could always have a pillar to lean on. With the continuing experiments from Ukage, Kuro continously became colder and more distant. Most would call him less human for it, while others would have tears in their eyes from his reasons. However, given that only a few knew of his reasons, no one really did that second part.
By the time Kuro was eleven, his humanity, for lack of a better term, had been almost totally erased. Now a cold hearted and mostly uncaring person, Kuro cared solely for his brother, and his family. Due to this, Ukage thought him to be controllable. Unfortunately for the bastard, Kuro was not one to be predictable. The last experiment was one designed to further enhance Kuro's bloodline, which Ukage dubbed "Elemental Mastery". The specific drug Ukage tried to use did not work well. In fact, it left Kuro screaming in pain for hours. However, it did do something... When Kuro woke up, his eyes became the sharingan, due to the fact that without his Senju and Uzumaki enhancements, he would have died from the idiotic drug.
Kuro eagerly hid his newfound weapon, knowing it would be a great weapon against Ukage, once he had a chance. Kuro knew he could not simply train it, so he kept it hidden for years. It may seem stupid, but Ukage had kidnapped the boys, had various guards, who were essentially programmed to follow him due to crude psychological breaking, and Kuro had just gotten this power, being under constant watch. Further, Kuro and Kaigen were always together. While Kuro trusted his brother, he did not want to have Kaigen accidentally spill his secret, so he kept it from everyone, even his future students and his brother.
- The Part Where I Got Lazy:
As time passed, Kuro became less distant towards his fellow kidnapped people. When he was fourteen, he became something of a leader among the people who he began to refer to as Shikyo, due to their closeness with death. At any moment, any of them could die, due to unforseen issues with the kkg transfer that Ukage had supposedly perfected. He began to teach other shikyo in the arts of elemental manipulation, which Ukage gladly encouraged, for his studies.
It was then Kuro began to realize Ukage was losing his mind, likely due to old age and a brain problem. Kuro assumed it was a tumor or stroke. In any case, Kuro began to exploit Ukage's lowering logic skills. With careful manipulations, Kuro got permission to teach the entire Shikyo group, as a whole, and to take on a few students of his own in the group. Ukage assumed that Kuro had finally caved and was willing to help him get his army. Indeed, Kuro had noticed Ukage's motives changed three times over his time in the compound. First, he wanted to create the rinnegan, then he wanted to spread his new bloodline, and now he wanted an army. What for, Kuro did not know.
As it turns out, Kuro teaching the other Shikyo had the exact effect Kuro expected. They began to look up to him, and became loyal to him, more loyal than they were to Ukage, even with the threat of death hanging over them. Everything was exceeding Kuro's expectations. Up until Kaigen was kidnapped for further experimentation by Ukage. Of course, it wasnt really kidnapping, considering Kaigen was already imprisoned.
When Kuro learned what Ukage had done, he went on a rampage, utterly destroying the barriers which stood between him and Kaigen. This means he literally destroyed the walls between them. Unfortunately, Kaigen had subconsciously suppressed his entire life's memory due to the sheer trauma of the unspeakable things that Ukage had done to him. Kuro's reaction to this was to literally storm, meaning he was continuously creating lightning from his body while he did this, into Ukage's private office, ignoring the guards, whom Ukage, in his addled state had assumed were broken Shikyo loyal to only him, and shot a bolt of lightning right through Ukage's head. Of course, that was not enough to kill him, but the things Kuro did to kill him should never be mentioned in a public or even a private environment.
This left Kuro as the perceived strongest among the Shikyo, and with an amnesiac brother. All in all, he was a confused teenager, regardless of how intelligent he was. At this point, he managed to convince the Shikyo that they were all free now. As with most semi-broken groups, the Shikyo stuck together, for the most part. However, everyone knew they would need someone to go out into the world and see what had changed. Kuro, seeing a chance to let the Shikyo bind together tighter, decided it would be wise if they formed a clan, due to their common bloodline and family-like relations with each other.
- Exploration:
Over time, Kuro realized they needed to gather more information about the outside world, rather than simply live off of the land. Due to their lifestyles, most of the shikyo wore fur and leather, and ate natural foods. Due to this, Kuro decided to head out into the world to begin making a name for the Shikyo clan, both to trade from, and to get their own money from. In the end, he chose another clan member to take his place, using trained hawks to deliver letters so that Kuro was still in charge.
When Kuro originally left the village, he began to realize those outside of the Shikyo were rather weak. Keep in mind, he was dealing with civilians, after having assumed for so many years that he was the average for humans. In the most hilarious way possible, he began to manipulate those he found, from using subtle manipulation to make someone who was applying for an important job absolutely un-credible, to breaking up a marriage with mild seduction. Kuro thoroughly enjoyed doing so, for many months. However, eventually he remembered his full purpose for leaving his clan, and began to use his apparent mind control to gain information on various clans.
As it turned out, Civilians were not very knowledgeable when it came to shinobi clans. Kuro learned that the uchiha had something to do with eyes, which he immediately assumed was connected to his own strange eyes, the Senju had strong bodies, whatever the hell that meant, and that the kaguya were pretty much under a general 'do not fuck with' category for everyone, even some of the weaker clans. As amusing as some of it was, it was certainly not what he wanted to know. Naturally, Kuro decided to leave the town and search further into the world for information.
He reached the lower end of the continent, between where Konoha and Suna had once stood proud. Ironically, he ran into a few familiar people, who he vaguely remembered from his childhood. Due to the drastic change in appearances for Kuro, they did not notice him as who he once was. In the most obvious manipulative act ever, Kuro simply asked who to speak with to ask a powerful clan to complete a job, saying that money was no option. Learning the location of the Uzumaki, a name he could only remember in the faintest portion of his mind, due to the lack of importance that was placed upon last names as a child, was easily done afterwards.
He learned afterwards that the more legendary senju were almost right next to the uzumaki. Most of his information was found in a similar way to how his captor had found his own information, getting people piss drunk and asking them questions that hinted at the information he wanted. As Kuro moved on from getting that information on those specific clans, he began to realize his travels were getting boring. He did what any good Samaritan who got bored would do. He caused a small revolt.
To understand the full situation, one must look into the town he caused a revolt in. For the most part, the town had strict, restraining laws, and a fairly odd religion. Apparently the people of the town worshiped food, in a way. Technically, they worshiped a god of food, but that didnt matter. Kuro convinced the people of the town that the god they worshiped took the form of a sandwich, by making sandwiches 'appear' via fuinjutsu, which apparently was never shown to these people. It wasnt surprising when you considered how many people who show off their skills to civilians, and how they were usually not very powerful at all. As time went on, Kuro's sandwich god got more followers than even he had predicted. As a result, people now believed sandwiches were the holiest of foods.
As amusing as it was to him, Kuro decided it was time to change things. Kuro placed various sandwiches on a very stressed mayor's desk constantly, eventually breaking the man's mind, causing him to develop an unhealthy, as if it could even be healthy at all, fear of sandwiches. Due to this, he banned sandwiches, which immediately caused a large scale rebellion. It took all of two days for Kuro to set this rebellion up, get requested to deal with it from both sides, and get the money, after siding with his sandwich cultists, as they became known. Kuro began to become even more arrogant in his manipulation skill, which caused many problems later on. Eventually, Kuro began to get interested in the general history of the world, researching as much as possible, switching from clans to civilians to get the clearest picture he possibly could.
- Realization:
It was a year later that Kuro finally came back towards the Shikyo clan's general location. The reason why he did so was not to come back, originally, it was to find a legend he had heard about. Having essentially been raised in a lab, Kuro had no sense of moral decency, so he did not mind grave robbing. This is important because he heard rumors of the legendary village Kumogakure, with its just as legendary Raikage who had fully mastered the use of lightning in a taijutsu manner. Kuro, being the powerhungry bastard he was, decided it was worth a look.
Kuro scoured the ruins of the village, searching day and night for any evidence of such a person. The only thing he found was some rusted weights, which he was simply amazed still existed. Kuro was further disappointed when he found nothing for five solid days. On the sixth day, Kuro finally found a record book. This record book seemed to belong to a spy, though it had been preserved due to it being sealed inside a wall. Kuro immediately recognized the seal and broke it, revealing the book. The book itself seemed to be observations on how certain jutsu worked, all of them lightning. The one that really got his attention was this Lightning Release Armor, which the book listed as 'the most ridiculously overpowered enhancement jutsu I have ever seen'. Kuro immediately wanted it.
With careful practice, for the rest of the day, he trained to recreate the jutsu. At first he tried simply channeling chakra to his head, which felt awesome, relieving his exhaustion-headache. As it cleared, he began to use lightning chakra to enhance the movements of his synaptic responses, furthering it with an increase to muscle movement and finally, a layer of solid lightning chakra over his body. Kuro trained for another month before he finally mastered the technique. Finally, an emergency message from the Shikyo clan arrived, and not from Akai, the woman he left in charge while he was gone. The basic message was "HELP", while it went into detail that Akai had grown obsessed with power, and that the clan's usual hunting ground was nearly dead due to Akai's orders to expand.
Kuro's march towards the Shikyo compound, which was really just an underground lab fit to hold their entire population with comfort, would go down in history as the most destructive travel anyone had ever witnessed. Literally carving his way around the mountains, Kuro arrived in record time. Upon seeing Akai attack one of his precious students, Kuro snapped, clotheslining Akai into the nearby mountain, instantly killing him. Upon his return, Kuro was held as even more of a hero due to how Akai had been attempting to start attacking other clans, which, at their current strength, would have wiped the shikyo out.
Kuro's training, regardless of his position, did not stop. If anything, now that he had a real reason to train, it furthered his motivation to such an extent that one could compare him to a machine, constantly working and moving, always wanting to better himself, regardless of the means. One thing to note about most of the shikyo clan, most of them had little sense of morality, so methods did not matter much to any of them, meaning Kuro's plans to get power did not bother them, and actually furthered their trust in him.
Kuro eventually decided to unveil the clan to the world, only to be surprised when he learned he was nicknamed Psychosis due to his actions at the Sandwich Cultist rebellion, which became public knowledge after the mayor was captured. Kuro set his clan up so that they took jobs like any other. Two years passed at this rate, with Kuro training himself and training others so that they would all be ready for anything that happened. Now, Kuro looks for allies to help gain power, whether mutually or just for Kuro.

- Passive Sharingan - Instead of losing chakra constantly when sharingan is active, Kuro doesnt lose chakra unless he is actively using a jutsu with his sharingan. Further with this, sharingan techniques cost 75% of what they normally would.
- Blindness Lessening - Kuro, though not yet possessing the Mangekyou, will not go blind nearly as fast as normal people would, due to the resilience of his body. It takes him twice as long to develop blindness.
- Duration Extension - When using a jutsu that has a specific limit on how long it can be used, Kuro can use the jutsu 1.5x as much as a normal person. If the jutsu says 2 posts, he can use it for 3.
Fuinjutsu Knowledge - Kuro can recognize the affects of any fuinjutsu that he can see the array of. This is due to seals being written with chakra or in certain ways. | |
